Morris Center is located at the crossroads of Routes 109 and 61. Within the Center are Memorial Park and the Town Hall. The Morris Town Hall (Community Hall) is a two-story brick building on the northeast corner of the intersection.  Built in 1932, this building replaced the first Town Hall (1861). The original Town Hall is located at 12 South Street and is now the Morris Historical Society Museum.

Morris Memorial Park is located on the southeast corner of the intersection. The park is a public gathering place for town events including summer concerts and the Town Christmas Tree lighting.  Memorial Day commemoration exercises are held in the park near the stone monuments that honor Morris war veterans. Within the park, a historic bronze plaque marks the original site of the Morris Academy.
